I am 14 year old and eating 800-900 calories a day.

I weight about 127 pound at 5'5 and I hsve been trying to lose weight. I had kidney cancer when I was 6. For the last month, I have been calorie counting and eating healthy with light exercises. Can someone give me some suggestions?

    If you weigh 127 you really do t need to loose weight. You can try to run and workout to try and tone your body but you don't really need to loose weight

    You could try to eat different kinds of fruits and vegetables. If you can't really exercise because of some reason, then just try to eat healthy.
