    Not really cos it is describing the structures of nucleotides and nucleic acids and also semi conservative replication of DNA. It also explains the sequence of amino acid in a polypeptide, explains the roles of DNA and RNA in transcription and translation. It also discusses the effect of gene mutation. We can also say it is associated.
