    - Starch IS a polymer because of the simple linear amylose.

    - Glucose is NOT a polymer. It is made of monosaccharides which can bond together making a polymer, but it by itself is a monomer.

    - DNA IS a polymer of nucleotides.

    - Proteins ARE polymer's made of amino acids.
