Which part of cellular respiration uses 2 ATP and produces 4 ATP per glucose molecule

    Glycolysis. Two molecules of ATP are used at the start of the process, where a phosphate group is added to the Glucose molecule. 4 molecules of ATP are gained later in the process, making a net gain of 2 ATP molecules for the entire process.
