If you were lost at sea and you drank salty seawater, what would you expect to happen to the cells in your body? (swell, shrink, or stay the same) why do you think that?

When you drink salt water, your cells shrink massively due to large intake of salt taken that is almost 4 times the amount of your bodily fluids. Which causes you to dehydrate and die.

I think if I drank a lot of salty water it would not be affected or swell or shrink because I have drunken a lot of salty sea-water and I have never experienced shrink nor swelling of my cells.
