Doing Frayer vocabulary in science. What are examples and Non-examples for the word "hypothesis"?

    An example of a hypothesis would for example be:

    I predict that with manipulation y (my independent variable), I will achieve change x on my dependent variable z.

    An example of this would be:

    I predict that increased heat will lower the amount of ice found on Antarctica.

    A non-hypothesis would be:

    "God has created the universe" because one cannot test this directly, while the above statement can be tested directly.
