A scientist was studying a population of fish in a

pond over a period of 10 years. He observed that

the population increased each year for 3 years,

and then remained nearly constant for the rest of

    The answer is (2)

    (1) and (3) are obviously wrong.

If thy stop reproducing then the whole population could die and (3) is just crazy.

    (4) is also inncorrect because of they run out of foo then they all will die.

    (2) is the one that makes the most sense
