    My answer is A. Cooked Potatoes. Temperature is one of the factor why bacteria will grow and produce. If a temperature of a food is more than 70% in just 10 minutes in heating time, bacteria wont grow fast. I choose the potato because the cooked beef will shortly grow bacteria when its exposed to an oxygen
