    There are restrictions on what forests can be hunted in or not. An example of this is Great Britains laws of tree cut downs in the 16-17 century. Another way besides restrictions are imposing policies and fines for those who break a law whether it's a seasonal law (To let the animals like deer reproduce & grow in number again) or a ban of hunting wild life completely.
