Limited food supply because the question is asking which one yoou cause rapid growth which means that it would decrease which also means it would gain in the population. Limited food supply will provide food for animals. B and C would kill them due to habitat loss and disaters like tornados or something which will also kill them. It isn't D because there or other predators that might eat those predators which will cause the food web to fall.
