In what way might you expect transcription and translation to be different in prokaryotic cells compared to eukaryotic cells?

    In a prokaryotic cell, transcription and translation are coupled. In a eukaryotic cell, transcription occurs in the nucleus and translation occurs in the cytoplasm.
