Why are diploid cell cultures preferred over continuous cell cultures

    Diploid cells are cells that are normally generated from mitosis which came from humans, animals and plants. Unlike continuous cell cultures, they are capable or functioning normally and is subject to apoptosis which is highly unlikable to continuous cell cultures.
