What distinguishes a plant from algae? plants are terrestrial, algae are terrestrial, plants are green, plants are aquatic

    Algae are actually multi-cellular protista. It is autotrophic like plants but it also has animal-like characteristics. The cell walls are not cellulose like a plant either.

    Embryophyta and plants r autotrophic theres no tissue in algae not the same chlorophyl in algae and algae has no strucure
