Will multiple births, when many egg cells are fertilised outside the body and then implanted, produce identical or similar offspring?

    No because what determines a childs genotypes are the 26 chromosomes in both the egg and sperm cell (13 in each) so unless you clone both an egg and sperm cell and use the clones then you can get identical looking children but there is a low chance that they will be identical or similar in personality
