What happened to the catalase molecule when exposed to high heat and acid

    For catalase, the optimum pH would be 7 which is neutral. A pH lower and above it would affect the enzyme's activity. Also, if the working temperature is increased no reaction can occur and the enzyme's activity is lost. Hope this answers the question.
