    It is important to detect HIV infection because we need see the stages of this infection is in during transmitted from unprotected sex. If it is a minor then it can be a little less than few weeks for flu like symptoms, but a major can show up to as 10 years than that is very critical. However it can occur between one and two months after the infection.
