    Given:

    10 marbles number 1 to 10

    Odd : 1; 3; 5; 7; 9

    Even: 2; 4; 6; 8; 10

    Combination:

    n = 10; r = 2

    nCr = n! / r! (n-r) ! = 10! / 2! (10-2) ! = 10! / 2!*8! = 45 outcomes.

    Even e = two numbers are even

    n = 5; r = 2

    nCr = 5! / 2! (5-2) ! = 5! / 2!*3! = 10 outcomes

    Complement of e is:

    45 - 10 = 35 outcomes
