What is the main difference between prokaryotic cells and eukaryotic cells?

    There's quite a bit of differences. But I'm not sure which is the main difference. Sorry.

    Prokaryotic cells don't have their DNA material (chromosomes) enclosed in a nucleus, whereas eukaryotic cells all have a nucleus.
