Which organism does not cause disease in plants?

Herbivores are the kind of organism that does not cause disease to the plant. Herbivores are too large to exist in a plant. There are other micro organisms that use animals as vectors, but since the other animal does not get sick, it doesn't count. They are just too big to live within plant circulatory systems.
