    C. Clear, dry weather. A good way to remember is H for high pressure = H for happy weather; L for low pressure = L for lousy weather

    High pressure is usually associated with C. Clear, dry weather. If you look at the weather, when there's high pressure systems, little to no clouds are in the sky and it's very nice outside.
