    The answer is c. The formation of protein can be divided into two major parts. First one is transcription which means converting the DNA to the mRNA. This takes place in the nucleus. And then the mRNA will be transported to ribosomes (A is not correct) and be translated to protein. This will take place in the cytoplasm. So the B and C is not correct. Vacuoles are in the plant cells.
