We first need to eliminate A: Pangaea. Pangaea is a theory that in a previous time, all the continents were together. We need to eliminate B: Evolution because microscopes have basically no connection to it. Eliminate D: Theory of Relativity. I believe the cell theory was developed as a result of the microscope because you could not see them without it.
