What is the function of nuclear pores? are they located in plant cells, animal cells or both?

    They are found in the eukaryotes meaning animals and plants cells. The function is to allow the transport of molecules across the nuclear envelope "from nucleus to cytoplasm or the other way around", the molecules can be RNA, mRNA and proteins ... etc
