    The answer is D. Precambrian (:: its defintaly this because on the k12 assessment it said it was the right answer. Plus this is the longest because it was the largest span of time in Earths history before the current Phanerozoic Eon, and before it was divided into several eons of the geologic time scale. (Thx history)
