    X is the minutes after the initial 200 minutes.

    Equation: 30+0.25x=25+0.3x

    Solve for x:

    30-25=0.3x-0.25x

    5=0.05x

    x=5/0.05=100

    The answer is 100 minutes after the initial 200 minutes.
