In order to accomplish the goals of the Home depot, they should engage or at least cooperate and accommodate each member’s needs in which is essential in order to build the goal that they are trying to aim and achieve as a whole. Having to accommodate and cooperate their needs is one way of having to achieve their goals because they have unity and understanding among the members in the group.
