Keith offers to sell his home to Debbie for $80,000. Debbie replies, "your price is too high. I will offer to buy it for $70,000." Debbie's response is negotiating with Keith in lower/lesser price of the house. It is also called bargaining of items or anything that prices are high or even fixed price can still be considered and negotiable.
