Licensee jake found a buyer for seller norm's house within three days of taking the listing. seller norm has now refused to sell. how does this impact licensee jake's compensation?

    The compensation of Licensee Jake would depend upon their agreement. If they have agreed that the work of Jake would be up to the finding of buyer only, then he should be compensated by Norm with the agreed amount even if he refuses to sell the house. But if the agreement is that Jake would receive compensation if the house will be sold, he cannot compel norm to give him compensation.
