    refreshments and lunch = $ 45.50 * 4 * 20 = $3640

    Instructor = $500 * 4 = $2000

    Supplies and equipment = $ 8 * 20 = $ 160

    Travel expenses = $22,457.63

    therefore, the total cost of the training will be

    $5897.64 + $3640 + $2000+$160 + $22,457.63 = $34,155.27
