A definite target population would be people in the employed category who do not have enough time to sit down and eat a meal that would take up a significant portion of their working hours.

These may include - - but are not limited to - - people in the medical profession especially resident doctors, clerks, or interns, nurses, etc; people in the call center agencies who work through graveyard shifts; people in the advertising industry who also have graveyard shifts; and more along these lines.

Because of the bold and spicy flavors of the energy bar, it may be more lucrative to sell these to countries that love spicy food like Mexico, India, Thailand.
