The Mariner's compass aided navigation and eventual discovery of the Americas would be the only one that happened during the Renaissance. The rest of these items happened outside of that time. The Bessemer & Cotton Gin were both industrial era events and the aqueducts were ancient during the Roman era. The compass allowed for better navigation and for people to use a sextent and map, because they need to know north and latitude to figure out the longitude.
