Due to limits on our time, money, and effort, we are best off when we allocate those things

due to the fact that there are such limits that are placed on our money, our time, and our effort, we, as humans, are much better off if we allow ourselves to allocate these things by a constant means of assessing the opp. This is the cost of our choices.
