Technician a says dealerships perform maintenance, diagnosis, and warranty repairs. technician b says dealership technicians rarely are sent for manufacturer training. who is correct?

    Technician A or B could be correct based on the dealership. If, given then information, the dealership is for a specific type of car (Such as Ford), said manufacturer would require training for use of their name (like Ford). If this was an unaffiliated dealership, technician B would be correct. If affiliated, Technician A is correct.
