Global business, also known as international business, is doing business whether it be trades or transactions, globally. This can include goods, services, technology and knowledge.

Decreased competition is not a benefit of global business because, in fact, doing business globally can bring on competition from around the world.

Although opening up business internationally has a lot of benefits such as expanded business opportunities, improved political relationships and increased sources for raw materials they are entering new markets which causes more competition.
