What is your overall evaluation of mondelēz international's corporate strategy and restructuring since 2012? what evidence and/or reasons support a conclusion that mondelēz international's shareholders have benefitted from the spinoff of the company's north american grocery business?

    One of Mondelez Internationl corp long term goals is organic net revenue growth at or above category growth rates, which will allow the operation income growth to continue on a constant currency and remain in the double digits. Mondelez is mainly focused on thier portfolio and cutting costs for long - term growth. There is also a major plan set in place that will allow them to reinvent its supply chain, which is on track to deliver $3 billion in gross productivity savings, $1.5 billion in net productivity and $1 billion in incremental cash flow over three years.
