    Ethos, pathos, and logos are identified by Aristotle as the three critical elements of good communication. Where Ethos is the reason people should believe what you’re saying, or essentially your credibility. While Pathos is creating an emotional connection. And Logos is the mode for appealing to others’ sense of reason, that equates to the term logic which employs strengths in analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking in which how leaders’ today express logical ideas in clear and convincing enough terms to convey results.
