This suggests that to source an ounce of chocolate is simply an easier a less costly process. It clearly suggests that chocolate is more widely produced meaning there is more supply to meet the demand. Gold however is incredibly hard to source, it is time - costly and it is found less often than coco beans. Which leads to conclude that the demand for chocolate is much higher than the demand for gold.
