People can be classified into 5 adopter categories: the innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority and laggards. Charles belong to the group of laggards. These people are also called traditionalists; they do not adapt to new technologies as much as possible unless the government tells them to do so or if the product is of no use anymore.
