A no-haggling dealer presents the price of a new car to be accepted or rejected as stated and is called a set price dealer.

An example of this is Enterprise Used Car Sales or Carmax, they are no-haggle dealers so you either buy the car for the sticker price they list or you are unable to purchase. There are benefits and negatives to this type of sales but it allows transactions to be clean and easy vs going back and forth haggling.
