It is required for the company to impose confidentiality of information, non competition, or non solicitation to the newly-hired employee in order to ensure the identity and business related aspects of the company. For a new one, for example job offers are confidential while for the previous one, all learnings that are very related to the core of the employer is reserved between the employees and the company.
