    True. "Economizing behavior" is the result of purposeful and rational decision making on behalf of the economizer. The better option in two items of the same quality is to buy the cheaper object. For example, if you want to buy a chocolate bar and see that one seller offers one at $1.50 and the other one offers one at $3. Economizing behavior would be to buy the first bar.
