    1. Did you show the right attitude? Too much of everything is not good. If you talk too little, they would think you are incompetent. If you talk too much, the interviewer may feel intimidated and have the impression of you being a know-it-all.

    2. Did the interviewer agree with your answers? Take note of the moments when your interviewer portrays a strong reaction. Work on the questions you think you lacked conviction.

    3. Did your strengths fit the job position? Some positions are not meant for you because the company is not after your kind of talent or intelligence. They have to find if you are fit with the work and the company's work culture.

    4. Did you show great interest? One way of showing interest is by listening sincerely to what the interviewer has to say with your answer.

    5. Did you ask questions? Sometimes, when the interview is about to end, we tend to say that all is clear and no further questions. It would be actually better to ask about their work ethics and how things are going within the company. In this way, it shows that you are really sincere to working with the company.
