The trenton financial should have their employees be trained and to be able to perform their work with the maximum capacity in which they may be able to develop with all their best and in the same way, in order to have information to be shared, the trenton financial should not offer individual incentives in top sales people but rather they should treat their employees regardless of the rank in an equal and fair manner.
