The document that should be developed next is the Plans or planing document which should include the required specifications and drawings depending on the nature of the project.

Every project regardless of its nature involves a set of scheme or prototype. This prototype document as the case may be is what will assist in designing other document in term of the required contractors, subcontractors, manpower or any other spec.
