    A pollution is a negative externality and economist explain this through the social costs of the production with the demands and the supply and social costs also includes the private cost of the production incurred by the company. the external lost that are passed to the society and thus pollution is a never-ending problem that is estlabjsjed between the relationships of the victims and the polluters that can bargain with each other.
