    The option C well describe the reason of lower increase in output because if we don't have any food tems available for preparation then the supply of the prepared food will eventually fall.

    The other option A discuss efficiency losses which can be seen as reduction in output but the they decreases sales with lower amount.

    Option B is totally wrong because output is not concerned with addition wages.

    Option D shows 2 cheffs not agreeing on preparing food for customers and spend too much time arguing is close to scenario. But this issue cannot result in so much fewer sales growth as this might happen in occasions when the number of orders are less.
