    C. How will it make me feel about myself?

    Explanation:

Based on the information provided within the question it can be said that the question that you should first ask yourself would be "How will it make me feel about myself?". This is the best question you can ask because by initialing the policy you are stating that you agree with the policy and are in favor of it being implemented. Therefore if the policy will make you feel bad about yourself you should not be in favor of it and should not initial.
