Atiku has to make an elaborate list of his own home life and how demanding it is, in terms of time, cost and subjective emotional impact. With a somewhat number in mind (it's quite complex to quantify such an abstractive qualitative index), he should set a goal of how much impact he is able to absorb when opening a restaurant. If he can, he should research Elise in the personal aspect, using social media when possible, to have a better understanding of her social and home life.

That preparation will lead to more clear and direct questions in the interview, giving him a better grasp of how operating a restaurant affects a person's home life.
