    Current Ratio = Current Assets : Current liabilities

    where,

    Current assets = Account receivable + cash + inventory + prepaid expense

    And, the current liabilities = Accounts payable + interest payable + short notes payable

    = $36,500 + $3,500 + $30,000

    = $70,000

    Now put these values to the above formula

    So, the value would equal to
