The project team working on the XK11 could not meet its deadline and was given an extension. When that same team was assigned the XK12, it was given a longer schedule to match those adjustments. However, the project team working on the YK11 completed the project three weeks ahead of schedule. What that team was assigned the YK12, it was given a shorter schedule. The members of the YK12 team are intentionally working slower on this project, and refusing to work any late hours, so that they can get a longer schedule the next time.
